EDIT - Sorry I obviously didn't read your reply properly the "linked text" is the bit which would show up on your navbar (in this instance). It is like using the URL tags in forums like so

[url="http://www.besthostingforums.com"]KWWHunction[/url]

The text "KWWHunction" is the "linked text" you would see for the link so in the above example it would look and behave like so;

KWWHunction

The link I provided you with does the exact same thing but instead of using BB code it used HTML instead
