    true, smokehost is a scammer...i too have this host but my site doesn't opn most of the time in India and one more country....SMOKEHOST sucks!!!

    I'd be shifting host as well looking at all what's happening. It's truely unprofessional of them. I second the server location problem, I bought a US shared, spoke to him on msn to get a US shared but in the end I got a DE shared. This kid needs to grow up.
