Got a server for a project but canceled it and don't know what to do with it for 12 months.

Was thinking of selling hosting.

I thought this would be a good plan.

5gb Hd space
500gb premium bandwith
True 100mbit up and downlink
Cpanel 11 with litespeed

$5 monthly

How would that sound?

Why so high, I talked to the datacenter couple times and they don't mind besides hosting these things:
