I don't think you have to be a BIG Business man to recieve $500 at once.. lol. No wonder Paypal didn't fight for your rights, Indian users don't make them any money (little fees, gifts, low $ transactions)

The first one of the restriction is, "Indians cannot save $ in their paypal account. They have to withdraw any transactions they get to bank accounts without 7 days of the transaction date" and the second one is, Rating: 5

Huh. They make lot of money on freelancers - many of who are from India. I alone had a business about 5000$ coming in per month which thanks to RBI/Paypal had to move it somewhere else.
