budgetvds.com hilohost.com wdispatch.comThere are alot of torrents clients that have been released for Ubuntu. I believe there is a default torrent client installed on Ubuntu it's called Transmission BitTorrent Client.
There is also a linux version of Utorrent which can be download at http://www.utorrent.com/downloads/linux this runs as a SERVER / WEBGUI
There install instructions are very easy to follow.
