    I see a lot of ads looking for uploaders to something * site or something * blog, who determines how many * a site or a blog gets?

    when people submit to katz.cd (which is the main DDL) or any other ddl you get a rank which is a start. By default you star with 1* as time goes by and you submit you can ask for rerates and that rank will increase to 2*, repeat process
