it uploaded the image fine.
don't think there's a problem.
i am also using sborg 3.7

Do you have root access to your server? If yes, try a test:

Let me know what IP address it returns.

well i figured out that its a dns prob lifetalk,i was using dnsadvantage dns and i've put google to checked and to my surprise its good now ;-)

Great. I'm surprised some servers are still resolving to the old DNS.
