Burst.NET Good Or Bad?

I am looking to get www.burst.net/linvps.shtml or http://burst.net/premiumvps.shtml

The first one is great for us, its only $5.95?!?!! What am I missing? This is what I need to host on it.

One small site (Which will get bigger, the bigger it gets, we will get better one)

Thats it, Was thinking of putting on cPanel, but if we can not spend $12 then I think that is something to think about?

Anyone been with them? How is there DDoS protection?

Kicker, they are a very respected host. They've been in hosting for a very long time. Also, I don't get that, whats wrong with the WHMCS? It's legit.
