    Lightbulb Text File BB Code Link Checker

    Hello KWWH members and Coderz,

    I have a lot of backed up posts saved in text file in BB-Code format.
    These files have a lot of FileServe, FileSonic links there.
    I want such an application which browse my all text files inside a folder and let me know the status(Live/Dead) of the links embedded into bb-code inside the text file.

    If you know any, please let me know.

    There are none developed for lists but the easiest way would be use and editor like ie32 that would find lines containing [code] and copy those lines to a new window then remove the [code ] and [ /code] from line. Then copy and paste links to some of these online link checkers to see which ones are still valid.

    Ya desktop appz I need, as my text files are also in my local PC.

    More Details:
    Whenever i create any thread or post, before posting I make a text file named the post title and copy the whole bb-code content of that post and save inside that text file for further posting in other forum or for my backup.

    In that way, i have created a lot of text files in my local pc, but from time to time, filehosters removed my rar files due to DMCA complain or etc.
    So due to that my text files containing such links becomes useless.....

    Now I want to find out which text files having dead link and which are not, so that I can remove useless files.....

    Hope I have elaborate this time....
