Yes IP Board is good. But I think Wordpress is SEO friendly. So WORDPRESS is better if we consider SEO TOO. What do you say guys???

Yea Wordpress is great for SEO but if you want a forum I would use IPB.

FORUM means discussion platform. To build discussion platform, it is very tough task

If you want a community, build a forum (vB or IPB). You can post uploads yourself or hire dedicated uploaders to do it. Of course you will get free contents posted by other members signing up as well.
