Scriptmafia is also another really good site to get just about any script you want, which also includes WP themes.
As for your site, you can easily make that theme alot better by editing the CSS & images and getting plugins

hmm there is alot on wordpress.org i think it is.. actually inside wordpress you can search for themes too.

You can find a lot of good wp themes, just search for free web2.0 wordpress themes on google.

include "valid xhtml" on your search for wordpress themes, coz many of them are just modified craps.
