Depends on the portal. Are you using IPB, vB, PHPBB or a separate DLE portal like what Freshwap.net does.

i use XenForo (its a JQuery script)

and my database size is 115.92 MB (not sure if it matters)

and i want to keep my host (since i prepaid the first 3 months already) till i have about erm 30-50 stable members online the same time

Notice your host before installing the Portal, then ask them if they noticed a big server use from your account
