Regarding FileSonic Promo

Hi everybody. Today I received my payout 60.65$ from filesonic but I didn't receive my promo money.

Why I don't understand.? I want to know the process of how to receive my promo amount. Any one help.

Click on the last amount 2.11

I clicked on the last amount 2.11 there is a green button with text Request



When I click on it I got another window this.



I didn't know what I have to put in this box

E-mail - Which One (My filesonic registered link or my paypal/alertpay acount email)
Password - what password I have to put

you have to put your filesonic login details, not paypal. It is only a security measure

and what about which is not clicked i.e. I didn't do this on three of them
0.12, 0.36 and 1.84

mate , just click on the last promo amount and fill the form with ur filesonic login details.. within 5 secs ur promo amount will transfer to ur unpaid bonus..


and u will get paid in the very next payment..

Exactly, complete amount will be transferred. No need to repeat steps

my first three promo balance is still not added in my unpaid balance. I am sending you my ID you can check. I want to mention that I didn't clicked on the Request when they are green. And now when I click on my first promo it shows in Requested Column - Request and Request Until - 2011-01-28
