I will give you a list of plugins (cache, all in one SEO, and a custom one) that are required, if a theme requires a plugin etc then you install.

BTW I cant see why you are complaining about wget, uploading wordpress takes ~1 minute or EasyWP is an awsome tool.

Yes its entirely acceptable to use someone elses GFX as long as its up to par.

I already have a little bit wordpress knowledge and basics of css, html, php, mysql (no javascript please ).

Your estimated time to a custom logo (10-15 mins) is totally wrong from my point of view, if you are speaking about good one it takes more than 10-15 min.

If you say how much you pay, perhaps i can be interested... thanks for your attention.
