A person to configure wordpress blogs

Im looking to hire someone to configure wordpress blogs. 1 blog per week.

What you need to do:
- Upload Wordpress
- Upload a Theme (you choose a free one, or I may provide)
- Setup (Panel for configuring webspace provided, not cPanel but similar)
- Install and Configure All In one SEO
- Make minor template modifications (Estimated time: 10 minutes)
- Design a Custom Logo (a good one, estimated time: 15-20 minutes)
- Remove Blogroll from Template
- Set permalink style (to using just id and title) - /%post_title%–%post_id%
- Remove Example Post/Page
- Setup Posting User
- Install a couple pre-detirmined plugins
- Enable XMLRPC Posting
- Do some basic setup stuff (Estimated time: 15 minutes)
- Make 10 uploads (to Katz standard, with site name in url) and Submit to 2xDDLs. - you are welcome to organize someone else to do this.
* - 2 Hosts 2 of: (Rapidshare, Mirrors.IM, VidXDen)
* - Depending on the site it may be music,movie,tv or app (each site has a category)
* - Uploads must have screenshot or basic description, decent quality.

I estimate each site to take 2-3hrs, if it ends up taking more or less any rate we agree on can be re-negotiated. I want someone who is reliable, so ill try to keep you happy as this is a long term job, although it may slow down to one per fortnight/month eventually.

Anyone who thinks they are capable of doing all this, or wants to co-ordinate with other people contact me. I want someone who is self motivated and can just receive domain information and general infomation and proceed to complete this within a reasonable timeframe.

As you will have access to PHP on my slave server (SRV3) any malliculous activity will be dealt with harshly. And FYI its not the nexusddl server so no bother trying to compromise it to steal my source, thats SRV2 :P

Payment will be via Paypal on each completion, or monthly if you wish to save on fees. Price is negotiable, please work out an estimate before applying.

Well since its a per blog basis as you said, I think I will post my price as $40/blog whichever you may think worth it.
Also can you please explain about that uploading work a bit more ?

Any uploads will do or specific ones ?

Each blog will have a specific category (e.g TV Streams)

If its a TV Streams Blog then you do 10 posts each with links to mirrors.im and vidxden

Or if its a Movies Blog then 10 posts with mirrors.im and rapidshare links.

Also, split you wont have any problem if I do setup and config or plugins my way, right ?

Ok, since I just got to know that we even need to deign the custom logo ourself, I have raised my bid to $40/blog

@Arvedu: No. The theme is a free theme of your choosing so yeah allocate a small amount of time for choosing an applicable theme. Occasionally I will give you one if I find one I like. Designing a custom Logo is part of the job requirement.

@shubhank: No SSH/Wget. FTP and access to a control panel for MySQL databases and creation of sub accounts (for each blog) will be provided. Its just a basic panel, nothing flash.

Ok so we need to upload all things manually and cant wget files.
Also are we allowed to use nulled themes ?
Also, I assume we will get links for theme or plugins in case you choose them yourself ?

The logo isnt a problem for me, since you said organizing others to help is allowed, I will get the logo made by my frnd.

My price remains same at $40
