Searching for offshore webhosting

After many months with servedome finally i?m starting to be very tired of this hosting and all its problems (downtimes, mysql problems, security problems, large etc...).

Exists any reliable hosting with:
+ Good uptime (verified uptime, i not care about what says into hosting webpage because 99,99% of uptime percents are a lie lol).
+ Decent security (not lost all data in two weeks after start a project).
+ Decent support (with decent support i want to say that i need solutions fast not unusefull answers fast).
+ Good general service (fast speed, not oversell, trusted people, etc...)
+ Hosting have to allow warez linking to host a porn blog.

If someone have good experience with a hosting perhaps can share here his experience and perhaps i will jump to that hosting.

Well... i not expect good thing from this host in a near future DaringHost, mainly because:
FTP Accounts: Unlimited
Email Accounts: Unlimited
Email Lists: Unlimited
Databases: Unlimited
Sub Domains: Unlimited

btw nearly every shared host always give unlimited ftp etc but doesnt mean you going to use up alot and hostgator or godaddy are very reliable and they offer unlimited on everything but of course you not allowed like nulled scripts etc
