In example below 1.1.1.1 & 2 are examples Use the IPs assigned to your site
In WHM
open DNS Functions > Edit DNS Zone
Edit DNS Zone of abc.com
Add the following records
ns1 86400 A 1.1.1.1
ns2 86400 A 1.1.1.2
and click save
here
A represents Record Type &
86400 represents TTL

millir.comIf you have WHM, why would you need to modify nameservers in terminal? Anyway, for modifying nameservers in WHM, do as Lock Down suggested.
Also under Server Configuration > Basic cPanel & WHM Setup, set the nameservers as you have setuped in your DNS Zone.
For changing nameservers via SSH(terminal), you will need BIND. But as you already have WHM, it must be installed. Edit named.conf
Code:nano /etc/named.conf
