According to me, You should have concern with your site only, No need of asking such type of questions.

Try google adsense with ur site and it may work or not

He will be banned after a few payouts but is not nice to come on here and mention his site URL as people will report him now.

Hmm he is using the direct google ads. Don't even try to think to use adsense on warez site. Eventually u will be banned when they review the ads when you request your check

Firstly, it is not nice and good to point finger at someone, and secondly, no he cant go long with the adsense.

its not about jealousy, but its about letting people do what they wanna do, and do your own job. They will get what they deserve
