Every day new hosts pop up in KWWH,i believe KWWH its the worst place to find reliable hosting,with 2-3 exceptions of course..

I have used Underhost.com and Warez-Host.com.But i have satisfaction with warez-host only.Been with them more than 5 months,top speed,no downtimes at all.Thats for warez.

Normal i would say hostgator.
