i will nt using for dl or for up i will use it to check my mail i need a stable RDP

I wanna test it , wanna test speed it upload speed ,

also i will pay for 3M in advance

7 GB hdd for down and up ? amd 2- gb traffic its for site ok but for down and up its not good

man all i need it to open some website bcz some time my ISP block website

i will nt download i just will use it for browse tht all
