im looking for a vps to host a video site with either clipbucket or phpmotion installed on it

the videos i will host will be political videos and may have shows from the BBC to do with politics called question time

space = 40gb -100gb ( can be upgraded at any time when needed)
bandwidth = 500gb or higher ( can be upgraded at any time )
ram= 1.5gb and up
cpu= best possible
control panel= no control panel ( but would like phpmyadmin , ftp and ssh installed )
location = open minded on location

also would like clipbucket or phpmotion installed and configured with the cron job and everything as i get confused on it alot

if it is possible to have it fully managed then great but if not would like support to be there to answer questions to any issues i may have

budget = $20 - $30 ( but obviously would like best price)

reliable hosts only that wont run off and have been around for a little while at least and with some reviews to go along with it
