Need a VPS for public rapidleech

Hey guys, I need a VPS for my public rapidleech... Here what I want:
1. At least 100 GB of disk space
2. At least 1 Gb of RAM
3. Unmetered bandwidth or more than 3 TB...
4. 1 gbps port speed but 100 mbps is fine too
5. HF is unbanned
6. Have a good speed of course (please post proof)

Ahh... sorry but I think you posted in the wrong section, this is not for VPS's
And I don't think anyone would allow you to host a public RL on a VPS.

true ... for a public RL you should get a Dedicated server .... because on VPS most of the people suspend your server if they find higher CPU usage ...

and on Public RL high CPU usage is guareented !!

And I don't think 100mbits is good for a public RLeech... Depends on who will be using it. I really don't think you could earn much from it then you'll spend on it. And I don't think anyone owning a dedi would be happy if someone was hosting a public leech on it
