How To use my License

I own a vbulletin license and i am using it from 2years

But recently i got a message from vbulletin that this site is also using my license www.insecurity.ro/board

And i was told to remove my license from that site ..
I tried a lot to contact them but havent got any reply and also contacted their webhosting www.powerhost.ro but i didnt get any reply from them and at last they banned my ip

I removed my site completely to keep my License with out getting cancelled

And i contaced vbulletin regarding this and they told me
"We can't help you in chasing the other site, you need to do this yourself."

So now i only have do it my self i tried a lot to contact them but they havent replied ar changed their license

Some one please tell me how to make them not use my license

Can some one please help me with this so that i can start my site and keep my license safe

I believe that person named "TinKode" from Romania owns that site. And from what I know about him, he's some sort of a hacker. So if he has your vBulletin license, he already has all of your passwords.

You got keylogged my friend. Change all of your passwords, and then call vBulletin Solutions or send an email to them, and they'll deal with it. As you got keylogged, you didn't gave him your license.

i have changed all my details regarding everything and i contaced vbulletin but they told me

Damn, legally, you can't do anything. I'm sure there are some KWWHunction members who are affiliated with TinKode in some way, and if they're reading this. It would be good that you contact TinKode for downloadsmasti, and ask him nicely will he stop using that vBulletin license he took from downloadsmasti.

sell your current license to someone else without telling him this shit luck of urs.
