Change the permissions of the file .htaccess to 777

Well do what the message says. Go to the path shown: home/psgamecl/.............

and then chmod the .htaccess file to 777 and see if that does anything.

If that doesn't work, try disabling all the plugins from the admin panel and see if your site loads.
