[Help] Fixing WP blog - Cpanel fix maybe

I need someone reliable here to work with my WP blog , currently its not loading for me at all..i have imported the sql DB and set everything on wp-config file..Nameservers are properly setup..
i need someone to look into this and tell me whast wrong

Im able to open my WP admin page but can open the site itself
plz let me know if anyone know about this thing

Reinstall wordpress. But re download first. It's something to do with either the domain or the MySQL database

Try reinstallin wordpress from scratch, then try making a new MySQL DB, and reimport your DB

should i make a new DB and then Import the backup Sql db i have or simply import the backup db ?
