    As, I guess, most people upload and leech from FiSe, HF and FiSo, Softlayer (I am currently on a Dallas RDP) is probably a very good choice.

    But there is no 'best' server in this scenerio. Someone who uses Rapidshare or other EU host, might be better served with a EU RDP.

    If I remember correctly, LimeStoneNetworks gave fast torrent speed and great uploads speeds to US file hosts.

    Leaseweb by far has the best datacenter in europe.. evoswitch has one of the best connectivity i've seen.

    Bluemile network is simply outstanding, but I dont know if they are the best option for uploaders.

    I guess that Softlayer (100TB) would be the best location for uploading and downloading. PRices are great, top notch hardware and bandwidth.
