I use PayPal and Moneybookers. Both have their advantages and disadvantages. Most of the companies which accept payments online use PayPal, it's widely known (I know I state the obvious!). Not many accept moneybookers though. If I was to choose one payment processor out of PayPal and Moneybookers, It'd be PayPal.
