Well, I bet those admins some how were selling stuff on their site, Maybe VIP? thats benefiting from warez if you think about it. Respond to all DMCA complaints and host your site in HK,

I know a site with 1+ million users hosted in germany, I know another site with 500,000 Users who is currently hosted in Netherlands. Both of this sites are private sites, (meaning you need to register before you view the threads) Public sites always have problems, See how warez-bb is a private forum?

So, there is a good possibility that i take over a project, that will hit many visitors on a daily basis. And the current situation here is not very good. The sites i mentioned above where all private.

The site that closed a few days ago was private and invite only. Yes they where selling VIP.

But i also know a site that sells VIP, has files on an FTP server, has about 600K members but is hosted in the US..

So the main problem is how to get the money from the advertisers to you, without people tracing it or whatever.
