Program generate a name list of folder contents

Hi

I have a folder with like 100 folder and files inside it

Is there a program that can copy all the names of the folders/files inside that main folder ?

Any help would be highly appreciated

To a txt file, or a box in that program that show the whole list which I can copy it where ever I want, doesn't really matter as long as the result is a list that could be copied later
