Error with MTN: "mtn: av_open_input_file failed: -2"

Every once in a while, I'll download a movie or set of clips and MTN works fine on all except 1 of them with the same settings. Is there any way to get around this?

I use MTN all the time with 99% success but this failure error happens occasionally and it's frustrating . For example, today I had a movie with 5 scenes in MP4 format. All took screenshots fine, except just one, and the weird thing is that I didn't change any settings -- I ran the same settings on all of them.

I tried adding -Z to the argument but no dice
