all my older VPS were extrem slow in view of bandwith, storing with winrar. Most of them had reactions like a grandma.
and thats the reason, why I want to rent a root - no VPS.

Within this budget, you will not get some good processor. Low end processor & other configuration will not give you performance. I would recommend you to raise your budget to around 100euros for reliable services or better processor & ram etc
