Selling a web hosting designed site.

This is the front, there is several pages, I paid $60 for each version, the psd and html version, I will sell it for $40 each, or $70 for both.

They are all high quality, and I purchased them from a site which I can show proof, I just never bothered to use them.

Why can't I, I own the rights to the templates, and I'm not using them, so why can't I sell them, I own them.

Link to the site where you got the template from? I'd like to read their TOS if they allow you to resell their products without an extended license.

You may not:

Resell or redistribute templates (like we do).
Claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of content providing companies and individuals.
Make more than one project using the same template (you have to purchase the same template once more in order to make another project with the same design)
