Getting a domain, but wait will there be any problem?

I have decided to make money in Legit way, lol. I am opening a site with tricks for Facebook Games and Facebook. So I to keep it related to FB, I am trying to get domain with fb inside it.

But as I am using FB inside domain, will there be any problem? It will be a good site with no illegal OR theft content.

What CMS should I use. I am familiar with WP and can change anything as per need. Is Joomla OR Drupal any good? Have anyone seen blog with DLE as a CMS?

It's probably some small site, and frankly, no one cares about small sites. They would sue you if your site gets big and famous.
