MemberDamn, that sucks. But, there's no TOS or Privacy Policy on your site that's protecting your word.
Everyone can see that MyRapidLeech.net doesn't have TOS or Privacy Policy. Therefore, you have to refund Shared Web Hosting customers if you lost their files.Code:http://myrapidleech.net/
