Google removed my home page from index. What do I do now?

Hey thanks a lot for the explanation Happy. Just wanted to ask one more thing, you mentioned "MechoDDL has loads of pages removed but they are reindexed again a day later". As per the DMCA it was filed on 1st Feb, 2011. But till today my home page doesn't appear on Google. Your thoughts about this please ?

Hard to say exactly. It probably depends a lot on how fast Google Crawl your site. I'd guess that the problem being the home page means it will be re-indexed a lot faster. You can tell how much Google Crawls your site in the Webmaster Area.



and that will give you a graph. I'd say you could be waiting at max another week but honestly I've no idea. Never paid much attention to that but as the pages on MechoDDL are removed again ever month it's not more than a month anyway.

That shows all these reports are automated

They have trawled your site or google, and it happened to be you had a certain title showing on your index page with the keywords Free Hotfile, Fileserve, Filesonic, Duckload Links.

Hopefully when google visits your site and sees that the index page has updated and the 'reported title' is not there it will be indexed again, but it may be some time before they unblock the url

The guy wouldn't stand a chance. It's him against HBO and he's providing download links without permission.

There is no apparent download links in the home page..
why they remove it? how they accept to act to this complaint if there is no copyrighted martial?

Thinking about it some more, i dont think it will be unblocked any time soon.
like tehlolkid said use a index.html

add in htaccess

RewriteEngine on
RewriteRule index.html /index.php


Then link to index.html instead of index.php in header/navigation links, or even use home.php as index.php
