O well, my country is always step behind in this issue, my country tries to ooze all the money that it can be oozed out from people from traditional internet, like ADSL which is 8Mb/s max download and 2 Mb/s max upload. I got 2.5Mb/s down stream and 256Kb/s up stream. Too low !
