Is photobucket safe ??

hello guys , i have approx 300 pics on photobucket which is of the "bluray/dvd cover" of the movies and "screenshots" of the movies ..

i like photobucket , its fast and easy to manage ..
was thinking of buying a premium account to get unlimited hotlink bandwidth ..

guys my question is

1. is my account safe i.e will they delete the images if they find the screenshots ??

2. is photobucket safe , i mean is it illegal to host screenshots of movies in my account and will photobucket provide my info if it got dmca (if case 1 is true) .

3. i know nothing is unlimited but can you guess what will be the premium account bandwidth usage restriction ??

They don't delete them but when you cross that 10 gb of bandwidth limit a month then your account gets limited.

ya as eso said dont have to worry to much about them deleting images. But the bw restrictions suck on photobucket

They will delete them if anyone reports them as being affiliated with downloads.

Yeah i've got all sorts of pics on there, Including an album of my ex in ahem, nothing lol and unless they get reported they dont touch them.
