well if you shared your mp4 with someone then this is your 1st fault

2nd fault, if you changed your network i mean your internet connection and tried on new net then it's your 2nd fault

this thing happened with me when i was using "DGN_RULZ" MP4! someone hacked your account lee!

last thing you can do is, if you still have the transaction id of MP4, when you bought the software then please pm JayFella via KWWHunction

Chk wheather ur pc/laptop is dragging any wifi
this is not Mp4 prob, its ur Internet prob
