ok im planning on selling advertiseing space over multipul big forums if anyone is intrested.

there will be 50 forums that i will be selling advertiseing space on.

adverts will be £12.50 / 25$ per month.

your banner will be rotated around all 50 forums in that month.

I would suggest you editing the post and only give the rough idea.

I'm sure that your plan wouldn't work. Even if you buy 50 banners on 50 different forums. You'd have to be in contact with owners of those 50 forums pretty much always. You'd have to tell them "Change this banner into this one", etc. And frankly, no one would give you template editing permissions. It would be really slow.

Nah Jason. I run this kinda thing locally for regional ads on related sites.

Site owner simply inserts a line of code that re-directs to a rotator on one of my servers. All ads & changes are held/done there. No 3rd party site access required & changes are as instant as I make them. Perhaps the OP's planning something similar?

what about an adbrite clone script? They'd just insert a line of code and bam.

It would be a nightmare unless it's his server and he can enforce it. Forum advertising has really been ran into the ground lately.

Actually there are scripts that do this job. I was thinking on starting something like this years ago, focusing on the warez sites.

Publishers would just add my code to their web site like any other code, ie Adbrite and earn money from advertisers.
