First of all, stop calling yourself a noob. Have some self-respect.

You should not switch between English and Chinese. Your English is not very good. That I notice on your page. Poor English scaring away an entire nation. You should focus on your own language, the website is actually based on Chinese. I think of the content. It's very Japanese / Chinese. In my opinion, it seems that you have a clue how to run the website. It's okay. You have a help page if people would get any problems. That's good, it means that you care about your users. Two things you should consider to get is a logo with a slogan and a favicon.
