Post Icons

Hello,
I made some Post icons for my site.Like this:-


But when i added them through my Cpanel it looks like this:-


and when viewed outside the topic it looks like:-


But i want them to be viewed like this:-


What should i do so that these icons can be viewed outside the post as mentioned in the above picture as i want apps in the icon not that small box
