Had to do this:

v.1.27

• Added new 1 built-in forum
• Fixed captcha showing in DLE blogs
• Fixed few DLE blog posting problems
• Fixed disappeared message replacements from older versions (you will need to replace the forums file from 1.25 version to have them back).
• Fixed few posting problems
• Added Wordpress "<!--more-->" support. The blog separator for Wordpress will be automatically replaced to "<!--more-->".
• Few small other fixes

Dle short and full descriptions are fully supported right now, check the faq.

Don't really understand what you are trying to do here.

You don't have any templates added. Check the faq how to add templates.

That "update templates with users" button only updates existing added templates, but since you don't have anything added nothing is updated. And you don't need to update your templates with user since you will select the user when adding templates.
