why it does not supports IPBv3 ? oh come on man i'm still wondering WHY ?????

is it possible to save the "reCaptcha/deCaptcha" values on TP if you make it work? like there are few sites which are using same reCaptcha/deCaptcha.

I have (alike sBorg) problems with encoding.

For instance, warezbb.org uses ISO-8859-1 (Western European), but when I post the title of the post with '-' it comes out as '?'. Also in the body ' comes out as a '?'.

Changing to 'UTF-8' shows different characters.

How to solve this (my browser is standard ISO-8859-1).
