As said in my forum, at the moment you can't create groups for forums.

Actually depends on your Internet connection and forum itself speed (load). It usually takes me 2-10 seconds to post. (Keeping in mind that multiple posts are being sent at the same time).

I guess you are talking about [links] tag.

Just select use [hide] for links in forums settings. And later when posting write [links] Your links [/links]
