I think you don't understand the processes.

I doubt that any normal pc will be able handle 500.

It's only how many post at the same should be processed (sent). Others are kept in queue and are sent when there is a free process.

You can send 1000 (or more) posts with one instance, you don't need two instances running for more than 500 posts. And you definitely don't want to set the processes limit to 500 if you not using it from the very high and powerful pc.

Flood delay of 90 minutes should be enough.

It works fine for me on amaderforum (already tested before, and did a quick test right now).

I will include this option to disable it on custom forums though in next update.
