Everyone who is spaming me on my forum, here in pms and sent like 10 emails, this won't help you sooner, this will only make things more slower.

I will answer emails first, if you send me one I won't answer in other places.

can you explain which actions cause ban of account ? For example in my country, when the weather is heavy rainy, my adsl up and down and get new ip sometimes 100+ ips
per night. What type of things cause problem ?

100+ ips per night also might get a ban. But if I see that all those were from the same computer with the same templates / topics and I will probably unban it later.
