I want to add links (you can say footer). I am using IPB 3.1, but do not know how to edit. So please tell me

Check in your templates for something called footer or similar and it should be that template that you need to edit in order to do this, I am not well acquainted with IPB so that is about all the help I can give you I'm afraid
