domain help (urgently)

my domain name is www.warez-monster.info

the problem is after changing hosting without www its not open.. it says
Forbidden

You don't have permission to access / on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

any one help me.....

with www working fine...

It is working fine, with or without www. It is just your cache, wait at least 24 hours until your DNS is completely updated.

Just wait for dns updation.
Forbidden error might be because u must have changed files in old hosting??
