What's wrong with the Good Hosts?

Hey,

So I realise from the reaction of HF mauling down accounts that most of you will switch to hosts like FileServe.

My question is, what's wrong with the good hosts?

Why don't you switch to Rapidshare, Megaupload, Mediafire, these are all perfectly good hosts which dwarf the ones like fileserve.

You only choose other hosts because they pay you, but that's the exact reason they will one day go down, just like HF may do soon.

Take MF for example, I can download a game, a movie, a whole music label, without hitting any limits. The only limit I came across lasted at most 15-30 mins then I downloaded another couple GB. Why do you not upload to this?

I'd rather go to a website which lets me download all I want without paying them than go to one that I must pay for (or wait for an absurd amount of time per file) just so you can earn <$1 from my usage of it.

I understand you want to earn from uploading because it takes time and effort. But the way to go about it isn't using horrible hosts like the ones you do use.

The way is to make users happy, use the good hosts, give them a good user experience, let them download what they came for.

Couldn't you at least upload to one of these solid, quality hosts as well as the substandard ones you use to earn your cents?

On a side note, any filehost advertising on KWWH or personally writing a post here to promote your website, be prepared for that decision to hit you in future if you ever 'make it big'. Part of the reason the MPAA wants HF down is because they supposedly paid warez-related websites to promote them.

Because everyone is after the money, if you want to make money then just make a site and upload to RS,MU,MF the top 3 hosts! If you have a site with Mu,RS,MF you will get a lot of visitors, Especially USA visitors just find a a way o monetize them, FS,HF,FileSonic are such shitty ass hosts when it comes to downloading, MU,MF,RS..will always live while HF and Fileserve will get shutdown in the future, Who comes into a forum where mostly warez people hang out and promote their filesharing site?

Why would we switch, your reasons for switching are just not in same dimension as ours....

Webmasters can monetize their uploads in many ways, but uploaders can't

i agree 1000&#37; JmZ .. you and i both know is the good hosts dont offer rewards though,which is the only reason 99.99999% of the "uploaders" here do it for. I personally cant wait till all the paid hosts vanish from the warez scene and bring it back to its former glory

I was actually thinking of making a thread like this lol Everyone was dumb enough to say RS is shit because they started closing accounts and canceled rewards. They all thought HF was invincible....no they were next is what they were.

The thing is, you could probably even get an earning webmaster to pay you to post your uploads, in which case you'd make more money than you would from the hosts themselves.

I've seen various people pay for content in the past.

There are other ways to make money and new ways can be thought up.

they dont need there own group here on KWWH IMO.

They dont help anyone.
They should be a regular member as every single one of us
