    If you mean on the left side under the posters name it is part of the Admin panel under custom profile fields. It gives you a choice to add it at registration and an option for member to edit it later.
    It is part of most versions of IPB board.

    No.. i mean the Posting area, like when you make a post i want to add fields you need to fill.
